Ok, so we’ve been at this for a couple years now and Eliminate Paper Time Cards has reached NUMBER ONE on Google ranking for “eliminate paper” nicely done everyone!!! With that said, I must apologize for the lack of posts over the past few months, we’ve been very focused on finalizing the design of a brand new and revolutionary time and attendance application called ReportTime© which is scheduled for limited release in January.
“Alrighty then…” (Think Jim Carrey in the original Ace Ventura). Over more than a decade I traveled all over the world in a senior role with multiple vendors and many talented employees selling, implementing and supporting some of the largest time and attendance implementations ever attempted. The reason I say “attempted” is that many of them failed. Yes, I said it… FAILED… Unfortunately what was agreed to do in the RFP’s (i.e. implement the product for a specific price in a specific time frame) rarely happened.
The key issue isn’t that the systems on the market aren’t “Good” products and most of them will do the job… the issue is can they “do the job” without customization or scripts to meet your needs. ReportTime© can… and will for a fraction of the cost of a competitive product.
I would like to challenge you to come up with the most obscure and difficult pay rule your organization has, or you have ever seen… comment on this post with a description of the rule. If you are attending the APA Congress in Salt Lake City, Utah May 24-28th, I invite you to stop by our office and see a demonstration of each of the pay rules submitted here and how the ReportTime© product will meet the requirement without customization.
We will be providing demonstrations every hour Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Our offices are located in walking distance (2 blocks from the Salt Palace) from the convention center at 268 South State Street, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, UT.
If you would like to schedule a one on one appointment, please send your request to info@reporttime.com.
See you there…
